Application requirements.
Band Information
Band name, type, costume theme, number of players, and a description of your presentation.
Contact Details
First and last name, email address, phone (with country code), and your mailing address.
Insurance Coverage
Confirmation that your group has, or intends to have, insurance coverage for the parade.
References
Three references who can speak to your ability to produce a presenting band for WIDAFEST 2026.
