WIDA Fest 2026 — Vendor Instructions

Tear-down deadline
Food vendors: the Windsor-Essex Health Unit food vendor form must be completed before the festival, or you will not be permitted to vend. All fees and payments are non-refundable.
Set-Up Instructions
- Set-up start time: Friday, August 21, 2026 — 7:00 AM
- Event entrance: use the entrance off Giles Blvd E (Vendor Parking on the map)
- Upon arrival, check in at the Vendor Volunteer Desk, located at the entrance
- You will be assigned your booth number at check-in
- A volunteer will escort you to your booth location and assist as needed
- Booth numbers match your location area on the event map
- Food Vendors and Merchant/Craft Vendors are marked separately on the event map
- After unloading, park in the Vendor Parking Area — no vendor parking on grass
- Water and electricity are available on site for all vendors

Booth Requirements
General vendors must bring
- Tent
- Table(s) for your booth
- Chairs for your booth
- Extension cords for power needs
- Interior tent lighting with cords (power will be supplied)
- Extension hose for water, if bringing water directly to your tent
Food vendors must also bring
- Wash station
- Clean water storage containers
- Water disposal is via the green bin located on site
- Freezers, if needed — power is available on site
Security & Overnight Storage
- Overnight security will be on site
- You may leave your items at your booth overnight
- Please secure all items when booths are closed
- The park will be well-lit overnight for security purposes
Special Sunday Instructions
Sunday, August 23
Booths will close at 11:00 PM — one hour later than Friday and Saturday.
Tear-Down
- Tear-down begins after the event closes on Sunday (exact time will be announced)
- All tear-down must be completed by 10:00 AM, Monday, August 24, 2026
